Welcome to Fix It Guides. These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of any product from it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Bandhan Mantala ("we", "us", "our"), located at Saiprasad Complex, Pimpalwadi Road, Shirdi, India. You can reach us at hello@fixig.store

2. WHAT WE SELL

We sell digital products only — downloadable PDF guides and printable materials. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is by email link immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

4. YOUR LICENCE TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

When you buy a guide from us, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

- Read it on any device you personally own
- Print it for use within your own household
- Use the printable pages with your own children as many times as you like

You may not:

- Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the file
- Share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing sites, or send it to a group
- Reproduce it for a school, class, clinic, or organisation without a separate written licence from us
- Claim authorship, or use the content in your own paid or free product

We retain full copyright in all our guides. Buying a copy does not transfer ownership of the content.

If you would like to use a guide with a school, NGO, or clinic, email us. We are usually happy to arrange this.

5. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Our guides are written for general information and practical use. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase.

Specifically: our parenting guides are not a substitute for advice from a paediatrician or child psychologist. If your child shows signs of severe distress, persistent sleep difficulty, anxiety, or any condition that concerns you, please consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything you read.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We describe honestly what worked and what to expect. We do not promise any specific outcome. Every family, workplace, and situation is different, and results depend on factors outside our control.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.

9. REFUNDS
