Shipping policy

Fix It Guides sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped. There are no shipping charges, no courier, and no delivery address required.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

1. You complete your purchase and payment is confirmed.
2. Within a few minutes, an email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. It contains your download link.
3. You click the link and download your PDF.
4. A confirmation page with the same download link also appears on screen immediately after checkout.

Delivery is automatic and usually instant. In rare cases it may take up to 30 minutes.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Standard: within minutes of payment confirmation
Maximum: 24 hours
Cost: free — there are no delivery charges of any kind

If you have not received your file within 24 hours, contact us and we will send it manually.

WHERE WE DELIVER

Worldwide. Because delivery is by email, your location does not affect availability, delivery time, or cost.

WHAT YOU NEED

- A working email address entered correctly at checkout
- Any device that opens PDF files — phone, tablet, laptop, or computer
- For the printable pages, access to an A4 printer (optional)

IF YOUR FILE DOES NOT ARRIVE

This is almost always one of three things, in this order:

1. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. This is the cause the vast majority of the time.
2. Check that the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly. Your order confirmation will show which address we used.
3. Some corporate and school email systems block messages containing download links. If you used a work address, try again with a personal one.

Still nothing? Email hello@fixig.store with your order number. We will send your file manually within 24 hours. You will not be charged again, and you will not need to reorder.

DOWNLOAD LINK VALIDITY

Your download link remains active for 8 days from purchase and allows 3 downloads. Please save the file to your device rather than relying on the link. If your link expires before you have downloaded the file, email us and we will reissue it at no cost.

LOST YOUR FILE LATER?

If you delete the file or change devices, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it. There is no charge and no time limit for this.
