Before emailing, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. This is the reason in the great majority of cases.

Still missing? Email us with your order number and the address you used at checkout, and we will send your file manually within 24 hours. You will not be charged again.

LOST YOUR FILE?

Deleted it, or changed your phone? Email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend it. No charge, no time limit.

BUYING FOR A SCHOOL, NGO, OR CLINIC?

Our standard licence covers use within one household. If you want to use our guides with a class, a group, or an organisation, write to us and tell us what you have in mind. We are usually happy to arrange it.

BEFORE YOU BUY

If you are unsure whether a guide suits your situation, ask us first. We would rather answer an honest question than take money for something that was not right for you.

WHAT WE CANNOT HELP WITH

We are not medical or psychological professionals, and we cannot advise on an individual child's health or behaviour. If your child is showing persistent distress, sleep difficulty, or anxiety, please speak to a paediatrician. Our guides are practical activity books, not clinical tools.
